Hi Capital Match
I have been actively using your platform and am quite disappointing to see that you are charging us to withdraw our money within Singapore.

there were no such fees in the past when you were using your old bank account. Why did you change to something worse off and make us pay for it?

Dear Investor,

Thank you for your active participation on the platform.

All investors were informed about the transition to our escrow account prior to the transition on 28 Jan 2018.

Investors that wished to continue investing on our platform agreed to the Terms & Conditions and e-signed the KYC registration form before they were on-boarded with our Trust Custodian.

The withdrawal fee that is applicable now is directly charged by our Trust Custodian (Capital Match cover other fees by the Trust Custodian). With the Trust Custodian, investors now have the security of the custodian account.

Hope that clarifies.

Kind regards,
Capital Match
